Milnerton Ridge lies alongside Milnerton on the Western Seaboard, roughly 10min from the Cape Town CBD.
Whereas Milnerton (also known as Milnerton Proper or Milnerton Central) is one of the oldest residential suburbs in Cape Town, Milnerton Ridge is relatively new and is positioned between Milnerton and Sunset Beach off the West Coast Road.
Milnerton Ridge has some beautiful homes and although the overall plot size is generally smaller than the plots in Milnerton Central, the homes are stylish and there is a nice contemporary mix of homes and is very popular with families.
