3 Bedroom Duplex Penthouse Apartment Ebb Tide:

There are two penthouse apartments at Ebb Tide, 201 is in my opinion the best of the two. 201 has a large Pierre Cronje dining room table as well as a bar area between the pool and the lounge.

BEDROOMS:

The main bedroom has a great view over the sea, there is a king size bed and open en suite bathroom with a private toilet, a bath with a fantastic view & a shower and walk-in closet. The bedroom leads onto a balcony with an approximate size of +/- 2.5 meters x 8.5 meters.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite glass bathroom. There is no view from this bedroom.

The third bedroom has two single beds pushed together and an en suite bathroom. There is no view from this bedroom.

All the bedrooms are downstairs and there is only stair access to the bedrooms.

BATHROOMS:

The en suite bathroom for the main bedroom has: a double basin, a bath with an amazing view, shower, private toilet and bidet.

The second en suite bathroom has a basin, toilet and shower.

The third en suite bathroom has a basin, toilet and shower.

There is a guest toilet near the living area.

LIVING AREA:

Open plan living area, which leads onto the terrace with an amazing vista over the ocean, Lion's Head and Camps Bay. There are large glass doors which slide open to transform the living room into part of the terrace. The terrace is +/- 2.5 meters x 8.5 meters.

Satellite television (hotel bouquet), DVD and CD player, docking station and surround sound in all the rooms.

DINING AREA:

Open plan dining area with a round dining room table and seating for eight guests.

The kitchen has an amazing view with bar counter and bar stools.
